Tomas Öberg Konsult AB provides advice within the environmental field. I work to make a contribution to a better environment and a sustainable management of our natural resources.

In practice, this means that:

• I take guidance from the environmental policy of my client,  the ICC business charter and the United Nations work for sustainable development (Agenda 21).
• I work to achieve an outcome of each assignment resulting in cost-effective and environmentally sound actions.
• I participate in the development of environmentally adapted and sustainable technology.
• I work for the phase out and elimination of persistent organic pollutants (POPs).
• I compile and evaluate documentation to achieve a responsible risk management of chemicals with regard to health and environment.
• I contribute with lectures, articles and through the Internet to disseminate knowledge about environmental risks and proper measures.
• I economise with energy and natural resources in my daily office work and when travelling.
• I almost exclusively use electronic media for archiving and distribution of documentation
• I purchase goods and services selecting those that are environmentally adapted with regard to production, use, reuse, destruction and recirculation.
